PLEASE NOTE:
The record breaking event will be held on Friday, August 14, in the Broadway Ballroom. Everyone needs to be registered and in the Ballroom by 9:00 am for rehearsal and coaching by Sir James and performance at 10:00 am. To get an accurate count, Guinness requires that all participants pre-register for the event by submitting a registration form. Flutists under age 18 must have a parent’s or guardian’s signature on the registration form download here.
To avoid long lines on the day of the event, we strongly recommend that the form be mailed by August 1 to:

World Record Registration Forms may also be hand delivered at the Information Booth, near registration on the 5th floor of the hotel, before 9 am on Friday, August 14. There is no fee for participation in the World Record-Breaking event—just bring your flute, music, and stand, and be ready to make history as a part of the World’s Largest Flute Ensemble!
